Anyone who walks through the streets of his city with a vigilant gaze will doubtless sooner or later stumble upon a sign of Bender. The freestanding artist lives the city as a studio and exhibition space. Chalk, charcoal, can and acrylic, everything is used to breathe new life with a lot of refinement and detail infatuation gray walls.
Many small strokes can effect a great deal, so Bender often converts his works as a freehand drawing, deliberately sets massive contrasts and fascinates the observer of his works with the simple simplicity of a sketch drawing and the meaningfulness of a complex, multi-layered snapshot. No photo – yet still expressive like this, he holds the moment in his pictures. One of the up-and-coming talents of young German street art.
